You have what tattooed where?
I've been busy lately, and haven't been keeping up with posting. I wanted to share, however, this compilation of tattoos of celebrity faces I found on Entertainment Weekly. The things people do to their bodies boggles the mind!

Steven Colbert, how I love thee . . .
let me count the ways:
-Is upset he is lower on Time's list of influential entertainers
-Challenges him to a dance off, as evidenced below:

How cute is this picture of Jen Garner + Baby Violet post-lunch with Victor Garber? It's a Spy!Family reunion! Spy!Barbie, Spy!Baby, and Spy!Daddy all together again. :)

We are made of stars
I think it may be due to my crazy day at work yesterday (as opposed to my mostly boring days at work), but I found this entry at Go Fug Yourself quite hilarious. Maybe it is the combo of strangeness that is Janet Jackson and John Ravolta. It could quite possibly be Zac Efron's self tanner addiction. I think, though, it all comes down to Jessica's imagined dialog between those three. It was just a wonderful capper to a crazy day.

SYTYCD
I've been fortunate enough to be able to watch season 3 of So You Think You Can Dance this year, and to get tickets to the tour when they hit Columbus OH at the end of October. That in of itself is super exciting for me, but to make it even more special (yes, Sunny, this is the big news) I'm going to be contributing my write-up of the experience to a fairly big tv blog, Ducky Does TV. How exciting is that!

Yo Gabba Gabba
When it's too hot to sleep in my house with no air (as tonight is--76F/24C), I spend way too much time playing on the internet. Sometimes I find the craziest things, like this children's show that has clips on Youtube. It's called Yo Gabba Gabba, and features Biz Markie giving the kids a beat of the day:
In addition to this, it featured Elijah Wood demonstrating his favorite dance, "The Puppetmaster"
hmmmm

So Excited
As my friends and family know, I am a pop culture junkie. I sometimes drift off into daydreams where I am working in the entertainment industry (mostly working for TV Guide or Entertainment Weekly), just so I can be there for the newest stuff. One of my favorite parts of pop culture is the movie trailer (only when they don't give away the entire movie, which happens all too often). Since most of the movie trailers that I get to see in the cinemas here are dubbed in Czech, my entertainment value goes way down. I usually depend on Coming Soon to get my trailer fix, but I just discovered today that iTunes also has movie trailers available. And they're free. And I can download them to my computer and watch whenever I want. And I can get trailers formatted for my video iPod. I know that sometimes I'm slow on the uptake, but this has made my week! I watched the latest Spiderman 3 trailer, the POTC: At World's End trailer, Harry Potter & OOTP, and Ocean's 13. That's just the tip of the iceberg. I feel that this is going to be dangerous knowledge.
Did you know that Harry Potter comes out July 13, in IMAX too? I'm gonna be home then, and I am so going to see it at the IMAX theatre. It will be an early birthday present for myself.
So so excited!
